By seeing the negative effect and the continuing of the great flood inside Phnom Penh City, Winsun Cambodia Co., Ltd, on this 18th October, was organizing the charity event by giving out in-needed supplies to 468 families who were living inside Dangkor District and have been affected by this flooding disaster.
The Products Sale Manager, Mr. Hang Soketi, noted that the amount of the supply from Winsun Cambodia might be not big enough to help the victims for the long run during this disaster but this Help is purely indeed from the sense of us being Khmer to help the Khmers who are in need. Mr. Hang continue showing his optimistic view that as long as the help has been delivered, others will be inspired and continue to help more and more until we get through this disaster together, not as a group of victims, but as the whole nation.
According to the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, the big rain will be going on until the 21st of October. During this weathering moment, Cambodians are advised to be cautious and the young children are warned to not go outside on the public road that has been flooded.
